লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা ডাচ-বাংলা ব্যাংকের
শেয়ারবাজার রিপোর্ট: শেয়ারবাজারে তালিকাভুক্ত ব্যাংকিং খাতের কোম্পানি ডাচ-বাংলা ব্যাংক লিমিটেড সর্বশেষ হিসাববছরের (৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২০) জন্য লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করেছে। ব্যাংকটি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদেরকে ৩০ শতাংশ লভ্যাংশ দেবে। এর মধ্যে ১৫ শতাংশ নগদ লভ্যাংশ ও ১৫ শতাংশ বোনাস। কোম্পানি সূত্রে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে।
সূত্র অনুসারে, সর্বশেষ বছরে ব্যাংকটির শেয়ার প্রতি আয় (ইপিএস) হয়েছে ১০ টাকা। আগের বছর ইপিএস হয়েছিল ৭ টাকা ৮৯ পয়সা।
গত ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২০ তারিখে কোম্পানিটির শেয়ার প্রতি নিট সম্পদ মূল্য ছিল ৫৮ টাকা ৬৫ পয়সা।
আগামী ২৬ এপ্রিল, সোমবার সকাল ১০টায় ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফরমে কোম্পানিটির বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম) অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এর জন্য রেকর্ড তারিখ নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে ২৮ মার্চ।
