২ কোম্পানির বোর্ড সভার তারিখ ঘোষণা
শেয়ারবাজার রিপোর্ট: পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভার (বোর্ড সভা) তারিখ জানিয়েছে পুঁজিবাজারে তালিকাভুক্ত ভিন্ন ভিন্ন খাতের ২ কোম্পানি। কোম্পানি দুটির পর্ষদের সভা থেকে সমাপ্ত সময়ের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশের পাশাপাশি ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা আসতে পারে। ডিএসই সূত্রে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে।
কোম্পানি দুটি হচ্ছে-
শাহজালাল ইসলামী ব্যাংক লিমিটেড: পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা আগামী ১০ মার্চ বিকাল ৩টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
সভায় ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২০ তারিখে সমাপ্ত হিসাববছরের নীরিক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন পর্যালোচনা করা হবে। পর্ষদ আলোচিত প্রতিবেদন অনুমোদন করলে তা প্রকাশ করবে কোম্পানিটি।
২০১৯ সালে কোম্পানিটি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য ১০ শতাংশ লভ্যাংশ দিয়েছে।
ইউনাইটেড ইন্স্যুরেন্স লিমিটেড: পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা আগামী ১০ মার্চ বিকাল ৩টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
সভায় ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২০ তারিখে সমাপ্ত হিসাববছরের নীরিক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন পর্যালোচনা করা হবে। পর্ষদ আলোচিত প্রতিবেদন অনুমোদন করলে তা প্রকাশ করবে কোম্পানিটি।
২০১৯ সালে কোম্পানিটি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য ১১ শতাংশ লভ্যাংশ দিয়েছে।
